[TenTec] Ten Tec 238 tuner swap toward Scout

Hi-
 I have a beautiful Ten Tec model 238 2KW tuner that I don't need. It
matches the OMNI V and VI in color. I could use a small HF rig for
portable or mobile use. A Scout with 10 and 18 Mhz would be fine...or
some other option. Swap plus cash?

  I also have a Ten Tec model 280 DC power supply and a Ten Tec model
215 mic both of which match the Delta transceiver.
