Wondering if anyone has experimented to see if either
of these two methods would improve received audio
quality in the Omni 6:
1) Bypassing U5, audio notch filter IC
2) Bypassing dsp circuitry (shorting connectors 54/56)
Don't mean to suggest this as a permanent mod, just
curious about how much these two circuits degrade ssb
receive audio quality when notch and dsp are not being
used, since these two circuits seem to always be in
the signal path.
