Ten Tec Corsair-II station consisting of a 561 transceiver, with a
matching 263G VFO and 961 Power Supply, all three in absolutely
MINT condition. I am a non-smoker and have kept this rig clean and
dust free, covered when not in use. On all three units the cabinet,
faceplate, dial glass, knobs and silk screening are like new.
Corsair-II 561 Transceiver, SN # 41A10269, is one of the last
produced, built in April of 1989. It incorporates all the latest
design features including smooth, pop-free AGC, and the TXen/TXout
jacks for controlling Ten Tec QSK amps like the Titan, Centurion
and Hercules. The 561 comes with the two stock 2.4kHz 8-pole
filters, dummy plugs (ext PTO and AMP) and the manual. A complete
alignment has been done and the PTO has been rebuilt. The
transceiver is completely operational with 100W out on all bands
(including WARC). The low noise, bullet-proof receiver is one of
the best ever designed for CW and SSB. And, of course, QSK that is
completely transparent to the operator. $775 plus shipping.
Ten Tec 263G Remote VFO, SN # 263-00810, a rare accessory that is
an absolute must for DX'ing. The 263G allows for dual receive,
helpful for spotting openings during split frequency operation.
Controls enable remote receive frequency control, remote transmit
frequency control and remote transceive frequency control. The PTO
has been rebuilt, exhibits excellent stability and little drift.
All functions operate as originally designed and the manual is
included. $275 plus shipping.
Ten Tec 961 Power Supply & Speaker, SN # 94A10459, manufactured in
September 1989. This unit is in perfect condition cosmetically and
electrically. Originally designed for the Paragon and OMNI, this
13.8V @ 22A over-voltage, over-current protected power supply has
ample reserve for the Corsair-II and accessories. Power Supply
includes ground strap to Corsair chassis and manual. $195 plus
shipping.
Priced individually, the matching accessories will be sold AFTER
the transceiver is sold. The purchaser of the transceiver will have
first option on any and all accessories. All units will be packaged
and insured to withstand shipment via UPS or carrier of your choice.
