Mike, what you describe sure sounds like a Cinch-Jones connector. They are
available from Newark and perhaps Mouser or Digi-Key.
The later four-pin Nylon Molex connector and cable is still available from
Ten-Tec. I recently purchased the complete assembly for my Triton IV and
use it with an Astron switching supply.
