Ed,
They will - the rest of the world are already crudding up 40 with ssb in the
lower end.  You can't use the FISTS calling freq of 7.058 in the evenings
now, its bad down to about .040 or so and moving south.  Even my VI + can't
make the band sound good with ssb splattering around.
