The RX340 has a 20 khz roofing filter in it and performs extremely well.
The Orion has a built in 6, 2.4, 1 khz roofing filter as standard.  I think
this
thing will perform extermely well with these built in roofing filters.  It
will
be a very unusual circumstance that one would need the 1.8 or 250 hertz
roofing filter.  Remeber these optional filters are only roofing filters.
The
590 standard DSP filters I'm sure will work fantastic.
