Hi, Bill:
       In answer to your question, "will it ever stop?" Probably not.
       In talking with Stan recently about another matter I brought this up. 
His remark was pretty clear and to the point: "Some people are just looking 
for a silver bullet." I suppose that when they don't find it, they blame 
whatever bullet they bought from not meeting their fantasy.
