Bill,
I have been using a Paragon with an RS-232 interface for over ten years. I
don't know where you can get an interface but keep looking and asking. I
use a loging program "Hyperlog" which enables me to work packet, rtty, etc.
with a pk232 tnc, control frequency, mode, log, etc.,. Check out Hyperlog
at ttp://www.doctordx.com/ . It is a dos program and will work with an
older pc, etc but not windows
