Ten-Tec, like most companies, has a customer service and technical support
process in place for addressing such issues. If you have a question that
cannot be easily answered by someone on this group, the reasonable response
is to make a concerted, pro-active effort and contact them directly; don't
expect Ten-Tec's customer support to be facilitated over this mail
reflector; there is no process in place for this.
