Very, VERY good point.  I generally think of it this way.  If the
manufacturer could have turned up the power to 200W, and advertised it as a
200W "high-power" radio, at no additional cost and with no impact on
reliability or quality, and if they could have made a few extra bucks using
that as a selling point ... why didn't they?  RIGHT!  They had a REASON, and
if you crank it up yourself, eventually you'll learn what that reason was
... the hard (read: expensive) way.

It's the same question you have to ask yourself when you put something
together again and have 'extra' screws.  They seem unnecessary, and it's
tempting to just forget about them, but then you have to think.  The
manufacturer made THOUSANDS of these things, and like most manufacturers,
he's pretty cost-conscious.  If he could have saved two cents a unit by
leaving out a few screws ... RIGHT.  He WOULD HAVE. :)
