The high end stereo manufacturers and TV manufacturers have been using black
for years.  To that end, I've a rack full and it looks great in my opinion.
But yes, I understand what is said and thought about TenTec moving to a
black series of radios.

I'll still keep my Paragon, the Omni VI+, the 238 tuner, the Centurion amp
and proudly sit the new black ORION on the desk, along with the green
Heathkit Mobile twins and the Hammarlund HQ-110 receiver.  My switching
power supply is black, my (other brand) VHF/UHF radio is black, along with
my HAM IV rotor control and my chrome & grey antique D-104 mike.
