Does anyone have a scan of the TX-100 Manual???

Are there any sources for FT-243 crystals??  I have my novice ones but I
would like to add 7.040 and 21.060.  to the mix.

Also, does anyone know if there was an "official adaption" for using the
200 VFO with the TX-100.   Or does anyone have a scan of the 200 VFO
Manual??
