[TenTec] looking for laptop

Guys and Gals,

In order to move my 13 year old son to his "own" computer for school work, I
am looking for a used laptop.  Prefer a name brand with color, CD-Rom and
modem and one that has a copy of MS/Office.  Older p2/p3 is fine.

Please advise condition and what all is included.
