[TenTec] FCC Letters for "Enhanced SSB"

I agree wholeheartedly with the FCC's response to this maddening and
immature search for studio audio quality on the amateur radio bands
using the current modes available to us by the amateur service rules.
These rules were not being adhered to as part of this hobby.

Once again, thanks to the FCC for helping to keep the bands clean of
unwanted interference.
