Whats the diff between these "New" HP 5840A's that hit eBay late last week
and the ones you guys have beside size.... the ad (copy below) implies no
computer is needed for set-up etc. ??

NEW HP 58540A GPS Time & Frequency Ref. Like the Z3801A, Z3816A, 58503B and
59551A, The HP 58540A is a 8-Channel GPS Time and Frequency Receiver.Unlike
the Z3801A, Z3816A, 58503B and 59551A, The 58540A is designed to be easily
integrated into system equipment. The 58540A requires no set-up with a
computer to achieve it s rated 1 x 10-11 accuracy. Unit automatic starts in
survey mode and switches to position hold mode After so many fixes (<30
minutes normal). Once this has been done, It can be set to come up in
position hold mode for very short start-up to lock times (<5 minutes). The
58540A works with the 58531A GPS Timing Receiver Analysis and Control
Software and is Optional (Scpi Command set).1 x10-11 for one day average,
