Nope, just all the grounds on your property.  Let your neighbor worry about
his place.  Unless you run a wire or coax between your house and your
neighbors house.  The cable TV people handle this in most cases.

Yes, the barn should have a driven ground if it has power and it should have
lightning rods on top too.
