Well, for one thing about schematics for MFJ stuff.  They do not put as high
a markup on their gear as some manufacturers.   It is possible they depend
on the repair business from customers, or even customers buying replacements
for those needing repair; to make their profit.
The trend at Radio Shack is to not provide schematics either.  In the old
days, every Radio Shack little transistor radio came with a tiny schematic
in the lid or in the instruction sheet.  Same for other electronics
retailers.  You do not get a schematic with your TV or Hi Fi.
