The ARRL wrote Kathleen Q Abernathy, the FCC chairman praising the wonders of 
BPL (see ARRL website) a stern letter of rebuttal for what good it'll do. They 
also posted web addresses for her so we can send her our letters. I've already 
sent one. You can look her up at www.fcc.gov, or use the URL on the ARRL site.
