If you use Carl's, N4PY, software interface, you should be able to manually
tune it with that with the use of your mouse.

I'm considering the purchase of a Pegasus. Since I'd like to use it for
occasional shortwave listening, I'd like to be able to tune up my 44-ft.
doublet outside the ham bands. Does anyone out there use the Pegasus
with the LDG PT-11P for this purpose? If so, how do you tune outside
the ham bands? Perhaps an AT-11P would be a better choice since it has
some capability for manual adjustment.
Opinions/suggestions appreciated...
