[TenTec] SKN 7.040 Stream on again

Decided to put my original Novice rig, an HW-16, back on the air during SKN.
So the streaming audio was off most of the night.  I think I hear the K
beacon on 7.040 right now - very weak.

SKN was fun, but I'd forgotten how much work the old pump is!  Nice to see
the tubes glowing in the ol' Griefkit as well.  I have a microphonic
(remember those) in a 6HF8 if anyone has a spare :-)

Oh yeah, the Internet stream!  It's back up today.
