Well said Ron.

Support for our rigs/equipment is one of the reasons many of us have
Ten-Tec. The fact that the ORION 'hears' better than any other radio is a
HUGE plus!

The Jupiter is a very good mid level rig that is selling well and has carved
out a place in ham radio. They all will receive the free updates while
incorporating changes we hams like to see. And yes, problems will be
addressed and fixed this way. Frankly, I enjoy the updates as they are a
reminder that this manufacturer of my radio is talking to me vice designing
my next model which requires me to "sell and buy".

Ten-Tec listens to their customers when we are responsible in our requests
and I expect this to continue far into the future. I also know these people
They have good leadership well planted in ham radio, outstanding equipment
and software engineers, world class operators in plant and the best caring
service in the business.

They ALL care and recognize there is a void in their approach to offering
and supporting ham radio equipment. We buy the full package with Ten-Tec
not just a box, albeit it's the best box, hi.
