its a 3 pin jack for the mic. you need to see the rig in person. btw, a ton 
of rigs worked perfectly with any mic using a 2 pin mic jack so what is the 
trouble? 

and where did you get the impression it was 15K? not quite.....11.5k, list 
price for the 200 watt model.

to get the act straight, you need to talk to yaesu....chip margelli will fill 
you in on the perks of the new rig. its impressive and, in my opinion, was 
the best exhibit in the hamvention. 

again, in my opinion. you never know. the joke may be on the other 
manufacturers.
