Doesn't require an expert!! Just listening works. Concur that 20m has been
quite good late into the mornings. Very good signals from UA0 and UA9 land.
Not very many JA sigs, but around 4am Hawaii signals are VERY strong. Just
as effective to listen as it is to follow sun-spots, etc.
