[TenTec] Using Orion and CT ... ?

Has anyone worked with "CT" and also used it to control the band
changing on the Orion?
I can't get it to work.

My computer is communicating with the Orion OK.
I've updated firmware and I run N4PY (daily) with the
combination.
But when I try to change bands via the <ALT F1> and <ALT F2> keys
in CT, it only changes bands on the computer's screen.
Nothing happens on the Orion.

In CT, I've selected "Radio1", "Com1", and "57k".

Perhaps I've failed to enter something in the setup or am making
some silly operator mistake.
