Well, not exactly. But I recently purchased an Omni 6 Plus to possibly
replace my Orion.
But if you do not use a Ten Tec amplifier or if you do not run CW over 40
wpm, and the firmware comes up to speed soon, there really should not be a
reason to hold onto older radios if you have an Orion.
