I know that the Argonaut has a TXCO option, but does this come standard on
the Jupiter and Orion?

On the Omni VI and VI+, the BFO board xtals are not tied into the 10 Mhz
reference xtal and are a source of frequency instability (abeit within the
rig's published specs).  Do the Jupiter and/or the Orion handle this
differently so that one master frequency reference is used throughout the
rig?  Do both of these rigs use a 10 Mhz reference frequency so that it
would be possible to use them with an external frequency reference (like the
surplus HPs out there)?
