There's what sounds like a steady carrier on 28.634(6 +-).
The only reason I bring this up is that it's so constant, and
there's stations all over the country reporting it on the
Heathkit reflector. I'm running a Tentec omni-D with a 5
band coil loaded vertical, not a real hot antenna but it
works. It's about s4 now in south east MN.
