Remember, the spurious TV signals can leak out on faulty cable TV
connection, or an old TV antenna still connected to a set either for direct
local use, or forgotten after the switch to cable.  It can be coming from
some other house and TVs in the neighborhood, or further, if it has a TV
antenna external to the house.

The same (other houses source of RFI) can be said when it comes to many
modern or old electrical devices:   Drills, home welders, commercial
welders, faulty doorbell transformer, light controllers for yard lights,etc.
