Sounds to me like you have some source of infrared spraying your room -
perhaps one of the remotes has started to run continuously. I don't
think it's an RF problem unless (1) you're watching TV while on the air
(you need serious help), or (2) you're running a KW within a few feet of
all your AV gear, and then I'd suspect more than just the remote control
circuitry would be experiencing problems! So, check out the IR spectrum
and see if anything is going on there. (The one response about sunlight
falling on the sensors is a good lead.)
