I mentioned this on a reflector which W8JI saw a few years 
ago...about the efficiency of the L as opposed to the T. He 
emailed me that, depending on how much of what element the L 
required to match, since the value of the inductor must be 
so large sometimes, that a T might well be more efficient. I 
have never found the inductor to be lacking in the max value 
or element Q department, but it is worth thinking about.
I use the 238B or a rewired to be an L ckt, Nye MB5A.
