What does the Bird watt meter do? Stay at a constant 100 watts? Or drop
the same as the Omni meter? What about reflected power indicated by the
Bird? How about the Ic (Collector Current) on the Omni? Does it stay
relatively constant during key down?

If the Bird reads 100W and the Omni meter reads only 25W, there is a bit
of calibration error somewhere. Scratchy potentiometer or loose or dirty
connector inside the Omni?

Great questions Ken. The answers are:

The Bird reads a reflected power of about 2 watts
The power output reading on the Bird stays a constant 100W, while the Omni reads 25 watts, decaying to 15 watts over 2-3 seconds. Then stays steady.
Collector current correlates well with the Bird readings and stays steady.
