I will reinforce what Bob and Gary have said. Everything is to be bonded together per the NEC. A ham's view of what this means is well shown in drawings in the 2005 ARRL Handbook. All Grounds, telephone, electrical, and RF should be joined by low inductance conductors so that they may rise and fall in voltage together to avoid side flash arcing.
