Its not a matter of CW staying with us. No body is taking  anything away. Its 
a matter of newcomers embracing it as a mode of choice that  will sustain it. 
As long as there are highly respected and publicized contests  and awards, 
not to mention the prestige related to knowing CW, a goodly number  of  new 
hams 
will embrace it. Arm twisting unnecessary.
