[TenTec] cw filters in omni

Hi Clark,

Just to add some credible data to the discussion I have attached data from three measurements I made 
on Inrad and TT filters.  The newer TT filters seem to be quite comparable to the Inrad in the "loss 
department"!   Granted, the #753 is a bit narrower (400 Hz), but the loss is comparable to the 
earlier TT #217 filters and more than the current TT #217 filters (2004 vintage I tested)
