[TenTec] Ref v2.0 firmware

I expect my Orion to ship back today, should be here Friday.  I am beginning 
to think I got the board update for v2.0 and not the v2.0 itself.  I'll post 
when I get it on the desk.  The two times I talked to people about what was 
done I was NOT talking to the tech who worked on my radio, so some garbling 
of the message is certainly a possibility.
