I don't do much AM, but when the sunspots were here I would get on 10M AM at
29-29.1Mhz. There's plenty of spectrum up there. Sometimes on topband also
at 1905, where there's also plenty of room. I just like the way AM sounds,
very nice fidelity. AM'ers also tend to be more ragchewers and quite
knowledgeable technically - not the typical applicance operators.
With all due respect, your perspective is pretty narrow Jason and your
assumption about Orion2's AM incorrect.
