[TenTec] titat 425 and warc bands

My 425 manual lists both 17 and 12 preset tuning:  On 17 load at 6 and 
tune at 9 using 15 meter band switch and on 12 both load and tune at 4 
using ten meter position.  worky worky fine.  73 bob de w9ge
