The Giehl chip is similar to the standard Paragon control except the number
pad switches bands, so entering a direct frequency input requires pressing
<enter> before and after the number entry. You'll find also an improved
calendar display, more memories, and if you use computer control the
commands are acknowledged with an <A> so you can more easily use modern,
faster computers. Try contacting Jack via his website at
http://home.fuse.net/jg/ for a manual.

The basics for the Paragon are on the "Unofficial Ten Tec" website at
http://www.qsl.net/tentec/ although I am not able to bring it up this
morning, for some reason. They have the Paragon manual and the RS-232 board
manual available there.

Good luck, it is a great combination that makes a wonderful rig!

Just took delivery of this new/old rig, but no docs. Anyone have a manual
FS or a copy of the Giehl chip docs, in particular?
