Whoa...calm down, Braddy...take a pill and chill!  What Lee expressed is 
part of a list of legitimate concerns about O2 and v. 2.x O1 firmware that 
just didn't match the advertisements.  No one on this list that I know of 
has said that the Orions are bad radios and not worth the price, but as with 
anything you purchase, including cars, boats, computers, etc., it gets 
annoying when things you thought would work a certain way simply don't.

For the record, all of the problems you have read about on this list have 
been reported numerous times to Dits and Bits, plus TT personnel regularly 
read this list and are well aware of the problems.  To their credit, TT has 
been working on fixes, and although it seems frustratingly slow, problems 
are getting resolved.  Since TT no longer uses beta testers, we, the Orion 
'faithful', make problems we encounter public and get enough feedback to 
determine if others have found the same thing, thus ruling out a problems 
that are confined to a single radio or operator preference.

Take what we write as being constructive criticism since it has already 
caused the performance of the radio to improve.  You can see more of my
