Thanks to the several fellows who offered suggestions and advice.  As it turns 
out, I needed some.  Somehow, I must have pushed the sub receiver button (The 
dual NB function only works on the main rx).  Rush to judgment.  Blush.  

On another note, spent the evening working Russians on 20, 30, 40 cw....Great 
fun and very nostalgic recipe for radio contentment.
