I just went through this on both of my Omni 6+ rigs and 'assume' the
Paragon would be the same.
Turn the PBT knob fully clockwise and adjust C24 for 15.3015 MHz. Now
center the PBT knob and adjust R18 for 15.300 MHz.
Subsiitute your C22 for my C24. I'm not sure why the Paragon would
use 15.301.6 MHz verses the Omni 15.3015 MHz?
According to my O6+ manual, it is mode independant.

The manual doesn't describe the necessary steps. I'd
assume that the passband tuning control must be
centered and then the oscillator adjusted for
15.300.0MHz, the control would then be turned either
CW or CCW for 15.301.6 but the manual doesn't make
this clear. (Is USB or LSB used during alignment?) Or
is 15.301.6 the center reference???
I've tried various combos and nothing seems right.
I've got an accurate counter.
Any ideas?
