Is that when the amp is un-keyed? It could be a problem in the bias board,
or the finals are bad. How does it perform otherwise?

I noticed when idle, the plate current meter shows approx 100ma. Then if I switch the amp's voltage from HI to LOW, it normals out. Any ideas?
