[TenTec] Hercules II Bias circuit

I have a Hercules II and probably have to replace one or more of the 
bias control transistors. They are not on the bias board, so do not 
appear on the bias board semiconductor parts list. They are on the main 
chassis, and are connected to the bias board by cables, yet the part 
numbers are not listed on the main interconnect diagram in my manual. 
Anyone know what type they are? MJE??? I suppose.
