Yes, you sure can.  These devices give you simultaneous multiple comports
that do not interfere with each other.  There are a lot of them out there
that have very poor driver software that will fail under heavy use at the
higher baud rates used by Orion's, Pegasus's, and Jupiter's.  The only
reason I recommended Keyspan is I know the driver software for Keyspan is
very good.
