I don't know how stealthy you want the antenna to appear. I have great luck 10 
thru 40 with RG213, no tuner and a used Gap Eagle. Investment in antenna was 
only $99 and you should be able to match that.
Not crazy about anything but a very good tuner. Losses can be unacceptable.
