Thanks Carl.  Also interesting.  I have just loaded 2.059d and find the 
sidetone to be substantially click free, whereas with 2.060b I hear a 
pronounced back-end click.  Click volume is unaffected by sidetone level. 
Consequently, the higher the sidetone level the less evident the click. 
However, as sidetone level increases the tonal quality deteriorates. Sounds 
like overload introducing harmonic distortion.

I used the same headphones with both releases. 2.059d doesn't click and 
2.060b does. Perhaps the click has arisen as a consequence of the increase 
in QSK turnaround speed.  However, before anyone shouts "trade-off"; my 
homebuilt Picastar DSP transceiver QSKs at >60wpm and does so without any 
sign of clicking or harmonic distortion in its sidetone.  (Same headphones 
as I use with Orion.)
