Pan with boiling water works well also, less than 10 bucks. 
What baffles me on the high end market is the specs on many
of the radios are far worse than the previous model, but people
ignore the facts and buy buy buy.  And then protect the poor
investment by saying its a really good radio.
Seems hams need an education in what test results mean instead
of how large the screen is on the front of the radio or if its in
color.  But I guess that does not sell new rice cookers eh..
