Tony, I totally agree with you.
I've just got my Orion 565AT from them. It had the DRAM module in
trouble that caused a strange "freezing up" after loading the last
firmware updates.
They are very quick and Tony, the Engineer, is diligent by taking care
of it in any detail!

My Orion's VFO just went unstable for no apparent reason.
The fault was traced by Tony to an intermittently open circuit inductor part no L35 in the synthesizer unit.
Tony also fitted the Ten Tec headphone mod board, which was supplied by Ten Tec.
