[TenTec] Omvi VI AF Gain Control & RIT

Hi All,

On my Omni VI the AF gain is very sensitive, going from essentially no output 
to more than I'd really like in a few degrees...with a sweet spot in between I 
can hit with some effort.  FYI, I am using amplified headphones (Bose QC2).  Is 
this typical, or do I perhaps have a bad pot?

Also, I don't find any difference in the functioning of the two concentric 
RIT/XIT knobs.  True?  Or am I missing something?
