Inrad also has an audio mod kit:

"The Omni VI is a great CW radio. Here is a mod which greatly improves
the SSB receive audio. Both the upper cutoff and lower cutoff are
extended and the in band ripple is eliminated with this mod. The result
is crisp, clean sounding receive audio. Installation can be done in 30
minutes.

This mod works on both the Omni VI and the Omni VI+."
